What’s included in our basic Airbnb cleaning package

We realize that every vacation rental unit has its own quirks and many require different things. If you have special requests or need anything that’s not listed below (backyard cleaning, extremely small unit, no laundry, etc.), just call or email us to discuss it!

All areas: turnover cleaning

• Laundry: wash linens and towels
• Make bed w/fresh linens
• Sweep and Mop Floors
• Clean Toilets
• Vacuum Carpet and Rugs
• Dusting
• Clean Mirrors
• Bathtubs/Showers
• Empty and Clean Trash Cans
• Wash, Dry, Put Away Dishes
• Fridge Cleaning
• Stove Cleaning
• Wipe Countertops

*Laundry: On-site laundry is included in the cost per turnover cleaning. See below for how many loads are included (based on your home size).

• Studio/1BR/2BR: One Load of Laundry Included
• 3BR: Two Loads of Laundry Included
• 4BR: Three Loads of Laundry Included

If a unit requires more loads to be done, please contact us! We may need to charge additional for the time. If the laundry/dryer require coins, we will simply charge for reimbursement.

*Excessive Dirtiness: If your unit is excessively dirty from the prior tenants and we are unable to clean it in the allotted amount of time, we will let you know and may charge extra for a deep cleaning.
